To order Online or by Mail/Fax:

1)	Enter the quantity for each title you would like to order. Then click the Check Out button.
2)	Select the country of destination to calculate the shipping cost. If USA enter the zipcode then click the Continue button.
3)	Click on the "Complete Order" button to fill in the Billing Information, Shipping Information (if different from the Billing Address) and Payment Information.
4)	For Online Orders check the *"Submit order electronically"* ordering method.
5)	For Mail/Fax Orders check the *"Print Out Order Form"* ordering method.
6)	Click the "Submit" button to submit your order online or to print an order form. For online orders credit cards are automatically processed (real-time).
